Greg Lee-Conway
Greg has been involved in the photographic industry for over 15 years. Working extensively in Australia, United States and India on a variety of projects specialising in black and white portraiture and photographic education. Greg designed and wrote a bachelor of applied photography degree in 2006/2007 and is the managing director of URCreative. Greg's ambition and vision is for URCreative to become the worlds number one training provider of photographic education. Greg has a sincere belief in Australian talent and the need for a community of professional and student photographers to engage, share their work and collaborate in an educational environment. Sharing and collaborating work with a national and international audience of peers is primary to the institutes values.
Greg resides on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria with his partner and two daughters. He is passionate about his beloved Sydney Swans and enjoying the great company of friends and family.

Melinda is an experienced and talented creative in her own right. Having worked 15 years in Travel and lived and spent time in many different countries has helped develop her eclectic style and appreciation of all art forms. Melinda has created her own fine art pieces, photography, interior design and garden design. A creative at heart with a talent for organisation and understanding the clients needs, Mel is a pivotal member of the URCreative team.

Dawn is responsible for managing the URCreative administration, supporting the academic general manager, tutoring staff and client services. Tim has been passionate about photography since childhood and has operated his own successful commercial studio since 1984. Tim has been at the forefront of commercial image making for over 27 years and has found a renewed fascination with the digital operations. Tim is a talented and dedicated educator and we are very fortunate to have him on our team.
Trevor Phillips
Trevor is a leading wedding, portrait and commercial photographer in the Goulburn Valley region of Victoria. For the past 25years Trevor has owned and operated his successful studio out of Shepparton, servicing clients in and around country Victoria. Trevor is a multiple award winner and holds the title of 'Master of Photography' with the AIPP; he has extensive teaching experience at a higher education level. Trevor prides his teaching on ensuring each participant receives the highest standards of communication and feedback and has a great deal of fun in delivering his knowledge.
Chris Young
Chris is a Tasmanian photographer based out of Launceston. Chris' core business is weddings, family and commercial photography. Chris brings a sense of style and imagination to the URCreative team.

Andrew is a multiple APPA (Australian Professional Photography Awards) Winner
His images have been exhibited in Solo and Group exhibitions around Australia and Andrew has been awarded multiple high distinctions from James Cook University in the field of New Media Arts.
Andrew's work over the past 30 years in Sydney, Melbourne and Queensland has seen him become one of Australia's most regarded photographers, currently operating from his studio in Townsville Andrew brings talent and experience to the URCreative team. Oh, and he is training to be a personal trainer.
Mike Connell
One of Australia's leading professional photographers Mike was awarded the 2007/2008 South Australian Illustrative Photographer of the year. Mike also holds the title of Master of Photography (M.Photog) from the Australian Institute of Professional Photography. Mike is a commercial photographer specialising in the automotive industry, wine and architecture. When Mike started out he shot on film using a 10x8 large format camera but for the past 10 years it has all been digital. Tungsten is Mike's preferred light source.
Terri Baston
Terri is an experienced and successful wedding/portrait photography based in Bendigo Victoria. Her unique style and passion for the craft has seen her become a much sort after wedding and portrait photographer. Her experience with the craft and excellent communication and teaching skills are a great asset to her students.
Leslie Haworth
Originating from Ireland where Leslie completed his fine art degree from Dublin Trinity College, Leslie found the passion for photography from his drawing. Leslie moved to Australia and attended the International College of Professional Photography in Melbourne where he finished top of his class in the Diploma of Applied Photography program. Leslie specialises in advertising and product photography with a keen eye for lighting and a sharp imagination for the fantastical.

Chelsea has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and passionate about photography that celebrates love and life.

Luke is a full time wedding, portrait and commercial photographer based in Newcastle - NSW. Aside from his photography Luke loves helping his students understand the tool that's in their hands and being pleasantly surprised when their new found knowledge meets their creativity.
Justin Ealan
Justin holds the title of Master of Photography (M.Photog) from the Australian Institute of Professional Photography AIPP. Justin is 2011 Australian Professional Landscape photographer of the year and a 2011 Cotton Portrait Prize finalist. Photography for Justin grew out of a love of the black and white darkroom whilst at school (The Inky blackness). Justin opened his studios with digital equipment 10 years ago and specialises in documentary weddings with a fine art twist. Since then, two more photographers have joined his studios which is described as a caring, sharing and creative space. Justin's personal work includes landscapes and more recently portraits which he finds important in keeping his photography progressing. For Justin there is no end to photography and learning.

One of URCreative's most favourite tutors, Bruce holds qualifications in illustrative photography and is an experienced studio and fine arts photographer. His unique sense of humor and unlimited knowledge make him an informative and highly entertaining tutor. After assisting professional photographers in Sydney Renee moved to Lake Cathie and began her studio and career in professional wedding & portrait photography. During this time her work has become highly awarded and respected within the photographic community. Renee finds great personal reward in presenting a client with a beautiful portrait that she knows will be part of their family for generations. Renee has two beautiful children and is passionate about her teaching.

Ian Lawrence
Ian is our most experienced tutor, having spent the past 25years in the photography industry. Based in New York for the first 10 he has developed a large body of work and held numerous solo and group exhibitions around the world. Ian has also work extensively in India and holds qualifications in photography and adult learning. Ian is a dedicated and talented tutor who thrives on the success of his students and face to face interaction. Based out of Victoria and working across a number of the advanced courses Ian significantly contributes to course delivery modes and content.
Trish OBrien
Trish is the winner of 2 Silver and 3 Bronze awards at the International Aperture Awards 2009/2010. Trish is in high demand as Coffs Harbour's leading professional photographers, specialising in Weddings, Landscape, Fine Art portraits and muscians. Trish has held solo exhibitions at the Jetty Memorial Theatre and the Bangalow Music Festival Gallery at A & I Hall.
Trish's work has been published in newspapers, government brochures, Focus, Inside Solo, Griffith Review and adorned the album covers and tour posters of many well known musicians.

Andrew James
Andrew is fascinated by people and light. When he's not shooting weddings or landscapes, he loves to use his passion for photography to inspire others. Andrew teaches photography skills across a range of cohort including at risk teenages and uses his images to raise awareness of social justice issues in Australia and abroad.
Andrew Watson
A far north Queensland local, Andrew developed his photographic passion whilst traveling around the world before returning to become one of the regions leading editorial, commerical and tourism photographers. Andrew bring technical skill, creative insight and knowledge of the people and landscape of the far north to help educate and inspire his students.
