Teaching Strategies
This course is delivered through a series of 8 x 3hr 6:30pm – 9:30pm mix of lecture, tutorials and workshops. These are supported by visual aids and assignment critique. In week 7, a Saturday location shooting workshop of 6 hours is conducted at a pre arranged location. The workshop utilises both male and female subjects. A typical class will comprise an open critique of assignment work and discussion of techniques. This is followed by a lecture or practical workshop presenting new materials and discussion on their practical applications. The functionality of these materials is also demonstrated. Each week participants will need to undertake pre allocated practical assignment work including experimental projects. Participants will also attend three evening location shoots under tutor supervision.
