URCreative is the photography training division of the Creative Institute of Australia.
URCreative was founded in 2008 by members of the commercial photography and photographic education community. Our high quality course outcomes has seen us grow into Australia's most successful and largest provider of photographic education.
URCreative is the education partner for the worlds leading DSLR brand testament to the high esteem in which URCreative courses and student engagement is regarded. URCreative courses are open to all DSLR users with a passion and love of the visual medium.
Our team of course designers and tutors are highly experienced and regarded in the professional photographic arena as both commercial and art photographers and curriculum designers and tutors.
URCreative was founded with the primary purpose of providing high quality, practical photographic training for individuals looking for part time face to face or online photography courses. Our courses provide the opportunity to learn techniques from beginner level through to professional standing.

URCreative unique industry relationships allow our students to experience a professional photographic environment and provide opportunities for advancement to an elite level.
URCreative students from Australia and around the world have the opportunity to meet and network through our online learning site to share ideas, join chats and forums and seek invaluable peer feedback on their work. Our virtual community is open to students in any URCreative course and brings a meeting of photographers from beginner to professional level together in a collaborative and educational setting. Students have access to competitions, tech rooms, pro photographers Q&A, galleries and webinars.
URCreative courses and workshops are designed for people at all levels of their photographic development and can be studied face to face in over 30 locations around Australia or online from anywhere in Australia and Internationally. Students can participate in blended programs and join our regular photographic workshops and tours conducted in some of Australia's best photographic locations.
Face to face enrolment numbers are limited and places fill quickly. Class schedules are available at the location tab and advanced bookings are recommended.
Prerequisites are required for some courses and workshops with the exception of Beginner Course 1 and Photoshop Course 1.
